Sr. Security Engineer (Trend Micro L2 Support)

Join Eventus Techsol as a Senior Security Engineer focusing on Customer Success and critical infrastructure support. We are looking for an L2 specialist with hands-on expertise in Trend Micro products and data center security.

• Implementation and L2 support for Trend Micro products including Apex One, Deep Security, and EDR/XDR.
• Conduct technical demos and onsite Proof of Value (PoC) for core security products.
• Manage critical security infrastructure and handle technical escalations.
• Respond to security incidents and malware outbreaks in collaboration with the IR team.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for stakeholders.

• BE/B.Tech in IT, Engineering, MCA, or M.Tech degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Customer Success or Security Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience specifically with Trend Micro security suite.
• Proven ability to handle malware outbreaks and security documentation.
• Strong self-driven initiative and willingness to travel for onsite POCs.
