We are looking for a skilled Manager to oversee the Investor Protection Fund at CDSL in Mumbai. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting investment tracking.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Verify daily accounting entries including vendor payments and surplus fund investments.
Conduct monthly yield analysis and track investment limits according to policy.
Review internal controls and ensure smooth functioning of the IPF.
Manage banking functions and prepare agendas for trustee meetings.
Handle SEBI data submissions and coordinate with auditors.
Ensure compliance with the Income Tax Act, including TDS returns and exemptions.
Prepare budgets and financial statements for the Charity Commissioner.
Requirements:
Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting operations.
Knowledge of statutory compliances related to Investor Protection Funds.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
