CDSL is seeking a qualified Deputy Manager for our Finance department in Mumbai. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting, managing investment policies for the Investor Protection Fund, and ensuring regulatory compliance with SEBI and Income Tax authorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Verify day-to-day accounting operations and manage vendor payments.
Execute investment of surplus funds as per policies and track monthly yields.
Ensure strict compliance with SEBI regulations, Income Tax Act, and TDS filing.
Manage banking functions and prepare financial statements for auditors.
Prepare budgets and agenda notes for trustee meetings.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Graduation degree in Finance.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting operations.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Knowledge of statutory compliances related to Investor Protection Fund (IPF).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
