Brickwork Ratings is seeking a professional Rating Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. You will perform in-depth credit analysis of financial instruments and manage securitized transactions within the BFSI sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform rigorous credit analysis of financial instruments for securitized transactions.
Build financial models and projections to support rating decisions.
Prepare high-quality presentations for the rating committees.
Conduct regular surveillance and quarterly reviews of assigned portfolios.
Interact with company management, auditors, and bankers for data gathering.
Monitor macroeconomic changes and their impact on rated entities.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory policies and internal SOPs.
Requirements:
Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce or CA degree.
Strong expertise in financial modeling and ratio analysis.
Deep understanding of securitization and structured finance products.
Proficiency in analyzing regulatory guidelines and circulars.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
