AVP Billing - CDSL Mumbai

CDSL is looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President to lead our Billing and Revenue Management operations in Mumbai. You will oversee end-to-end billing processes, manage high-performance teams, and drive strategic process improvements in a dynamic financial environment.

• Lead and supervise end-to-end billing operations, including invoice generation, validation, and dispute resolution.
• Manage and mentor a team of billing professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
• Identify and implement process automation initiatives to streamline revenue management.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Prepare billing metrics and revenue reports for senior management to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Development teams to enhance customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in billing or finance operations.
• At least 1-2 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, ERP platforms, and automation tools.
• Understanding of regulatory norms and audit principles in revenue management.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
