Airbnb & OTA Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to manage USA short-term rental properties and OTA platforms. You will handle property marketing, guest relations, and booking management to maximize occupancy in the competitive US vacation rental market.

• Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and other OTA platforms
• Optimize property listings to improve visibility and increase bookings
• Handle guest communication, reservations, and cancellations
• Coordinate with property owners, cleaning, and maintenance teams
• Monitor pricing trends, occupancy rates, and competitor analysis
• Prepare operational reports and maintain customer records

• 1–3 years of experience in Airbnb/OTA Operations or USA Real Estate
• Strong understanding of short-term rental market operations
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing
• Ability to work efficiently in US shift timings
