D'LIFE Interiors, a leading interior design company, is looking for a dynamic Lead Analyst to join our head office in Kochi. You will be responsible for qualifying leads and managing customer relationships to ensure an excellent service experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle professional inbound and outbound customer calls.
Qualify potential leads and assist customers in product selection.
Coordinate with departments for query resolution and follow-ups.
Manage customer WhatsApp groups and project communication.
Conduct feedback surveys and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Maintain email and social media communication for offers and updates.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.
