Project Administrator (Hyderabad)

LEDFlex is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Hyderabad. You will manage quotations, client databases, and support sales operations to drive our international lighting projects.

• Raise accurate quotations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with departments to gather product specifications, pricing, and lead times.
• Manage and maintain client databases and generate operational reports.
• Communicate with international customers via email and phone to resolve issues.
• Support the sales team in achieving objectives through administrative coordination.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in project estimations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
