We are looking for an experienced Visa Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through complex visa application processes, ensuring accuracy and smooth documentation while maintaining high conversion rates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to clients on visa application processes and requirements.
Manage client interactions via phone and video meetings to resolve queries.
Assist in preparing, verifying, and submitting visa documentation.
Manage lead follow-ups and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Maintain accurate client records and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Visa Counseling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and follow-up capabilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software or digital case management platforms is a plus.
