Hire Wingss is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Trade Coordinator to manage backend operations and order execution for our Trading Division. You will handle documentation, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth material dispatch processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage order entries in ERP/CRM and handle customer enquiries.
Prepare Proforma Invoices, E-way bills, and delivery documentation.
Coordinate between Purchase, Production, and Logistics teams to monitor material flow.
Track dispatch status and maintain accurate order records and reports.
Support daily operations for the modular kitchen manufacturing division.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in backend operations or supply chain support.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of billing, dispatch procedures, and documentation.
Excellent follow-up and multitasking capabilities.
Any graduate can apply.
