Assistant Sales Manager at DFR Developers

• Handle and convert leads generated from digital platforms and marketing efforts.
• Conduct professional client meetings and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
• Build long-term relationships with investors, channel partners, and customers.
• Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure timely deal closures and contract signing.
• Update CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Support the Sales Manager in team coordination and business development tasks.

• 1–4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, BFSI, or Insurance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for deal closing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and property portals like 99acres or MagicBricks.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to handle high-pressure sales environments.
• Self-motivated professional with a target-driven mindset.
