Lukson Jewels is looking for a dynamic CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and drive sales in our luxury lab-grown diamond jewellery brand. You will be responsible for providing personalized experiences and managing customer journeys across omnichannel platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and e-commerce customers.
Convert leads into sales and drive repeat purchases through effective follow-ups.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and coordinate post-purchase support.
Manage CRM databases, generate engagement reports, and track customer behavior.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management.
2–4 years of experience in CRM, luxury retail, or fashion/lifestyle brands.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Shopify.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.
