We are looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Executive to join our team at Jaychan Enterprise. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience in our store.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to sales inquiries via Telecrm and WhatsApp.
Provide detailed product information and address customer queries effectively.
Maintain deep product knowledge for customer engagement.
Ensure store cleanliness and functionality.
Follow up with leads to drive sales conversion.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer calls and queries professionally.
Proactive approach to sales and lead nurturing.
Willingness to work in a physical showroom environment.
