Asst. Security Officer in Tamil Nadu

G4S Secure Solutions is seeking a professional Assistant Security Officer to oversee field operations in Tamil Nadu. You will act as a key leader on-site, ensuring high security standards, supervising personnel, and maintaining client relations.

• Lead site security operations and ensure G4S protocols are followed.
• Supervise Security Supervisors and guards, managing daily musters and performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring service quality.
• Handle incident reporting, emergency responses, and material movement controls.
• Conduct on-the-job training, drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience: 4–8 years in the security industry, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Background in defence, police, or paramilitary is highly preferred.
• Age: 28 to 50 years; Minimum height 170 cm.
• Strong leadership skills and proficiency in MS Office/report writing.

• Attractive monthly salary of ₹40,000 - ₹75,000 based on grade.
