Kanakkupillai is inviting qualified legal professionals to apply for the position of Legal Advisor at our Chennai location. This role offers an exceptional path for junior corporate lawyers looking to build deep expertise in intellectual property rights, contract compliance, and corporate documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute precise legal drafting and rigorous review of business contracts, corporate agreements, and layouts.
Manage ongoing legal proceedings, statutory filings, and organizational compliance matters.
Provide expert legal advice, case analysis, and consulting to corporate clients.
Handle end-to-end processing of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), including Trademarks, Copyrights, and Patents.
Ensure comprehensive legal risk mitigation and strict adherence to regulatory standards and company law.
Requirements:
Possession of an LLB degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in legal documentation and procedural workflows.
Strong foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights, Trademark filings, and Company Law.
Excellent communication skills with working proficiency in both English and Hindi.
