We are hiring experienced Title Search professionals to join our team for US mortgage industry projects. You will handle complex property records and ensure accuracy in ownership verification processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform Full Owner Search (FOS) and Two Owner Search (2OS).
Review mortgages, deeds, liens, judgments, and tax records.
Verify chain of title and identify ownership issues.
Examine public property records using online county portals.
Prepare accurate and timely title search documentation.
Maintain high productivity and quality standards per client guidelines.
Requirements:
1 to 9 years of experience in US Title Search.
Hands-on knowledge of FOS and 2OS processes.
Strong understanding of property records and title procedures.
Ability to interpret judgments, liens, and mortgage documents.
