Trimble is looking for a detail-oriented Renewals Specialist to manage support contract renewals for subscription and perpetual software. You will ensure high retention rates, process transactions, and drive up-selling opportunities within your client base.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue high volumes of renewal quotes accurately.
Handle customer queries and manage contracts until activation.
Identify 'at-risk' clients and define strategies to ensure retention.
Maximize revenue through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to achieve sales quotas.
Requirements:
Professional experience in sales, account management, or contract renewals.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data administration.
Excellent communication skills for professional customer engagement.
Ability to work towards assigned sales quotas and targets.
