Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels including calls, emails, and social media.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining interaction logs in CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales concepts and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Time management skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
