Virtual Oplossing is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in US Staffing. This performance-oriented role focuses on expanding business opportunities in the US market and developing long-term client relationships within the recruitment domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and expand new business opportunities within the US staffing market.
Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients and hiring managers.
Generate high-quality leads through networking, emails, and targeted outbound outreach.
Maintain sales pipelines and manage detailed business activity records within CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Participate in client meetings and professional service presentations to support revenue growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or client management.
Prior exposure to the staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing industry is highly preferred.
Willingness to work consistently in a night shift environment (US Shift).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated mindset with a strong focus on hitting business targets.
Knowledge of US staffing processes and international recruitment terminology.
