Debt Collection and Recovery Executive

Mindblink Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is hiring a full-time Collection Executive for its Collections & Recovery department in Raurkela. The selected candidate will be responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers, securing timely EMI repayments, and managing loan portfolios professionally.

• Conduct regular telephonic follow-ups with borrowers regarding overdue accounts and pending payments.
• Negotiate effective repayment plans and convince clients for timely loan settlements.
• Ensure absolute compliance with RBI and NBFC regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.
• Maintain precise documentation of collections and update daily payment recovery records.
• Strive to achieve designated monthly collection targets and departmental performance goals.
• Uphold professional conduct to protect and reinforce the financial institution's market reputation.

• Must possess a completed Graduation/Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Age criteria must be strictly between 20 and 30 years.
• Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in collections within banks, NBFCs, or microfinance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including data entry skills and working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Sound understanding of financial retail assets like business loans, personal loans, and vehicle loans.

• Competitive monthly fixed compensation structure ranging from Rs. 11,000 to Rs. 15,000.

• Professional learning exposure regarding banking norms and Reserve Bank of India regulations.

• This is a regular on-site, in-person position based out of the Koelnagar branch office.
