Excellent opportunity for a skilled Accountant to manage financial operations for an established real estate developer with 19 years of expertise. Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and compliance for ongoing projects in East Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations across corporate ledgers and specific real estate project accounts.
Execute regular bank reconciliations, ensure strict GST compliance, and manage timely TDS filings.
Prepare monthly financial statements and provide structured documentation support during internal audits.
Process verified vendor payments and handle site-office imprest fund reconciliation regularly.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within the real estate or construction sectors.
High level of proficiency in Tally accounting software alongside comfortable knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Working fluency in verbal and written communication in both English and Telugu languages.
Strong professional commitment to compliance, operational truthfulness, and meticulous paperwork management.
