We are seeking an experienced Dental RCM Manager to oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations. You will lead a team to drive performance and ensure compliance in a dynamic night-shift environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Dental RCM operations including Eligibility Verification, Charge Posting, AR Calling, and Credentialing.
Lead and mentor a team of RCM executives and team leaders.
Monitor daily production, quality, and revenue performance metrics.
Develop strategies to improve collections and reduce denial rates.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.
Prepare and present MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Requirements:
5 to 9 years of experience in End-to-End Dental RCM.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a team handling or managerial role.
Strong understanding of US Dental Insurance processes and AR workflows.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Proficiency in Dental Practice Management Software and reporting tools.
