Junior Associate AR (Accounts Receivable)

Guidehouse is hiring a Junior Associate for our EBO Accounts Receivable team in Kerala. This role involves managing insurance claims and coordinating with international providers to ensure resolution.

• Initiate calls to request status of claims and contact insurance companies regarding denials.
• Take appropriate actions to guarantee claim resolution and ensure timely follow-up.
• Document all actions taken in claims billing summary notes accurately.
• Prioritize pending claims from the aging basket following HIPAA compliance.
• Handle denials, rejections, and LOAs while making necessary claim corrections.

• Must be a Graduate from any discipline.
• Good English communication skills (reading and writing).
• Ability to work in Night Shifts.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite is preferred.
