Santoshi Resolution & Recovery is looking for a field-based Recovery Agent to manage loan account follow-ups in Bankura. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy field work and effective negotiation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to borrowers for overdue loan accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans in a professional manner.
Prepare and submit accurate daily field visit reports.
Work consistently to achieve monthly recovery targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass.
Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi.
Must possess a valid driving licence and own two-wheeler.
Freshers are welcome; experience in collections is an advantage.
