Roles & Responsibilities: - Call on provided leads to explain product offerings and successfully convert inquiries into sales. Generate fresh leads through outbound calling, digital research, referrals, and strategic follow-ups. Close deals by identifying specific customer needs, handling objections effectively, and pitching the right solutions. Conduct engaging online product demonstrations to address client queries and showcase value. Provide exceptional post-sale client servicing to ensure strong, long-term brand relationships. Maintain meticulous CRM records by tracking lead status and ensuring timely follow-up actions. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through disciplined pitching and persistence. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and lead progress.
Requirements: - Proven experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or a customer-facing sales role. Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Ability to handle objections and close deals with a results-driven mindset. Basic proficiency in CRM software and online demonstration tools. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building professional rapport. A bachelor s degree in any stream is preferred.
