Karnani is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads for our property and student accommodation business. This is a result-oriented role for someone skilled in active outreach across social media and digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Actively source leads from Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Execute cold outreach, DM campaigns, and direct engagement with potential tenants.
  • Build and maintain systems for consistent daily lead inflow.
  • Track conversations and ensure a smooth handover of verified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all lead generation activities and lead quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in active lead generation (not just branding or content).
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, messaging strangers, and persistent follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently and find creative ways to capture audience attention.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to report results daily.
  • Familiarity with data scraping and various social media outreach methods.
