Karnani is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads for our property and student accommodation business. This is a result-oriented role for someone skilled in active outreach across social media and digital platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Actively source leads from Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Execute cold outreach, DM campaigns, and direct engagement with potential tenants.
Build and maintain systems for consistent daily lead inflow.
Track conversations and ensure a smooth handover of verified leads to the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of all lead generation activities and lead quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in active lead generation (not just branding or content).
Comfortable with cold outreach, messaging strangers, and persistent follow-ups.
Ability to work independently and find creative ways to capture audience attention.
Strong communication skills and ability to report results daily.
Familiarity with data scraping and various social media outreach methods.
