Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cost-effective facility solutions and business strategies.
Execute real estate planning, design, and development projects.
Drive property sales through targeted marketing and comparative market analysis.
Manage trade partner meets, product launches, and referral generation from existing clients.
Conduct technical sales presentations and determine client financial needs.
Analyze market trends and prepare monthly marketing reports and trackers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating and implementing sales plans and team leadership (17-20 people).
Expertise in sales negotiation and bank sanction processes.
Strong focus on customer-centricity, integrity, and transparency.
Ability to manage projects from inception to handover.
Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
