Medical Coder - SDS & Surgery Coding

• Accurately code SDS and Special Procedures through review of medical records
• Assign surgical codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding ethics
• Maintain data confidentiality and strictly follow HIPAA guidelines
• Meet daily and weekly coding productivity and accuracy targets
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

• Graduate in Life Sciences (BSc, BPharm) or medical background
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery Coding
• CPC, COC, or CCS certification is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and coding conventions
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
