Officer - Data Mining & Surveillance

Join CDSL, a leading financial institution, as an Officer in the Data Mining and Surveillance division. We are seeking professionals to manage regulatory compliance and monitor foreign investments in listed companies.

• Study and analyze regulatory circulars and orders.
• Take action on regulatory advisory received from various financial regulators.
• Monitor Foreign Investment in listed companies to ensure full compliance.
• Execute depository operations and surveillance functions effectively.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in data mining activities.

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 12-24 months of experience in surveillance at Stock Exchanges or Brokerage Houses.
• Good knowledge of regulatory compliance and Foreign Investment monitoring.
• Conversant with Depository operations and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in shifts if required.
