The International Forum for Environment, Sustainability & Technology (iFOREST) is seeking an entrepreneurial professional to anchor its Clean Energy Programme. This senior leadership position focuses on driving evidence-based research, policy execution, and multi-stakeholder engagement across India. Roles & Responsibilities: - Drive the complete execution and management of planned clean energy projects, ensuring timely delivery of committed milestones and outputs.
- Design rigorous research methodologies, analytical frameworks, implementation strategies, and comprehensive technical workplans.
- Lead primary and secondary research, qualitative and quantitative data assessments, and detailed environmental policy analysis.
- Finalise high-quality research reports, briefing papers, and official project deliverables to ensure analytical control.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with state government agencies, industry stakeholders, and development partners.
- Represent the institution in high-level external consultations, conferences, and policy-level sectoral discussions.
Requirements: - Master’s degree from a recognised institution in management, economics, public policy, energy policy, or renewable energy technology.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in research, strategy consulting, or advisory fields within the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated track record of producing well-written, rigorous research outputs, briefs, and policy assessments.
- Deep understanding of India’s renewable energy frameworks, sub-national policies, regulations, and emerging clean tech challenges.
- Proven capability to manage multidisciplinary teams and effectively engage with state government departments and industries.
