Job Summary: Join Pulsus Group as an On-Job Trainee to coordinate prestigious international scientific events and symposia. This role offers a global platform to interact with top-tier scientists, professors, and industry leaders while managing high-impact conference content. Roles & Responsibilities: - Coordinate program-related events such as workshops, symposia, and international scientific gatherings. Design scientific and technical sessions for global conferences. Invite and liaise with Professors, Directors, and Managers from reputed universities and companies worldwide. Act as the primary point of contact for program chairs, session chairs, and invited speakers. Manage conference content, marketing communications, and scientific committee formation. Utilize scientific knowledge to stay updated on current inventions and research findings. Execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, and social media advertising.
Requirements: - Bachelor or Master degree in Science, Pharma, Biotechnology, or B.Tech/B.E (All Branches). Excellent proficiency in the English language with strong interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills and the ability to work across different teams and projects. High level of attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
