We are seeking an expert Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Specialist to lead our data strategy initiatives. You will work on optimizing customer journeys and driving actionable insights using the full Adobe Experience Platform stack.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and optimization of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Architect cross-channel data integrations for a 360-degree customer view.
Define segmentation strategies and identity resolution frameworks.
Develop advanced data visualizations and real-time executive dashboards.
Provide strategic recommendations based on attribution and predictive analytics.
Ensure data governance and compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital and marketing analytics.
Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CJA.
Strong SQL skills for large-scale dataset stitching.
Proficiency in Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target.
Understanding of identity resolution and data blending.
