CricBattle is looking for a detail-oriented System Analyst to ensure the quality of our platforms. You will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, reporting defects, and maintaining system integrity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain system quality and provide backend admin support.
Review software requirements and prepare comprehensive test cases.
Execute tests across web and mobile browsers.
Report defects and prepare detailed test reports.
Create technical documentation and user guides.
Provide customer support (voice/non-voice) and manage client relations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
Proficiency in Web application and Mobile App testing (Android, iPhone, Windows).
Experience with defect reporting and test case execution.
Knowledge of functional automation tools (Selenium, QTP, RFT, LoadRunner) is preferred.
Strong communication skills for client interaction.
