Analyst - Investment Banking & Advisory

Felix Advisory is looking for motivated Analysts to join their Mumbai team. You will work on high-quality transaction advisory engagements involving MNCs and high-growth start-ups, focusing on investment banking, valuations, and due diligence.

• Analyze financial statements, annual reports, and business plans to understand key industry drivers.
• Develop complex financial models for debt and equity valuation in M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Perform various valuation methods including comparable companies, precedents, and DCF analysis.
• Prepare investment memorandums, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books for clients.
• Conduct due diligence, research, and documentation for live corporate transactions.
• Create comprehensive presentations for client portfolios and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

• Prior experience of 1-2 years in investment banking, venture capital, or transaction advisory is mandatory.
• Ability to interpret financial models and apply advanced financial analysis techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for professional reporting.
• Excellent academic track record and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
