CDSL is looking for a data professional to lead data governance and strategy in Mumbai. This role involves applying advanced analytics and machine learning to drive business growth in the depository sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data integrity.
Communicate results and insights from data modelling to managers and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver data solutions supporting strategic objectives.
Manage the software development life cycle including gap analysis, testing, and implementation.
Apply ML and AI techniques to generate actionable predictions and recommendations.
Oversee data collection, storage, protection, and quality management processes.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Maths, Computer Science, or Data Science from a recognised institute.
6-10 years of experience in Depository, Exchanges, Mutual Funds, Banks, or BFSIs.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, SAS, or R.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Strong understanding of Data Management Tools, Cloud Computing, and Big Data solutions.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and technical writing skills.
