Associate - Investment Banking & Advisory

• Analyze financial statements, annual reports, and business plans to understand industry drivers.
• Develop complex financial models for debt and equity valuation in M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Perform DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transaction valuation methods.
• Prepare investment memorandums, management presentations, and pitch books for client financing.
• Conduct due diligence, investor research, and documentation for live transactions.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables within strict timelines while maintaining an eye for detail.

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience specifically in the Investment Banking sector.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and review complex financial models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills with high-quality interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in Consumer and Technology sectors will be considered an advantage.
