• Partner with business units to identify ground-level challenges and devise strategic HR solutions Consult with managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent to achieve their highest potential Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment for the aligned vertical Analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend improvements for retention and employee experience Execute annual and mid-year performance management and talent development processes Implement innovative employee engagement initiatives in coordination with corporate HR Develop and analyze employee surveys to drive action planning and process improvements Stay updated with industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements in HR workflows

• 2-7 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering or Generalist roles Strong business and HR acumen with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proven project management abilities to maintain a positive work environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities Ability to multi-task in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced setting Fair analytical skillset for executing data-driven HR responsibilities
