We are looking for a high-caliber General Manager or Vice President to lead the real estate sales division for our prestigious client. This executive role involves strategic planning, identifying market opportunities, and driving substantial revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to reach organizational milestones
Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team to maximize productivity
Cultivate relationships with key investors, HNW clients, and stakeholders
Identify and expand into new market segments, specifically focusing on Goa property markets
Analyze sales metrics and market intelligence to optimize sales campaigns
Ensure full compliance with real estate regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 5 years in leadership
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate
Proven expertise in managing large-scale sales operations and meeting targets
In-depth knowledge of current real estate regulations and sales automation tools
Exceptional negotiation skills and experience with high-net-worth investors
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
