Intelliworx Consulting is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead real estate sales for high-end properties. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in building client relationships and driving revenue in competitive markets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve sales plans and targets by identifying new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, channels, and customers
Oversee complex negotiations and ensure the successful closing of property deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a market lead
Utilize digital and traditional marketing strategies to generate quality leads
Prepare sales performance reports and provide strategic insights to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate
Prior experience in selling properties in Goa is highly preferred
Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
