Insurance Advisor - English & Telugu (Remote)

Ditto Insurance (part of the Finshots family) is redefining how Indians buy insurance by providing high-quality, honest advice. We are looking for empathetic communicators fluent in English and Telugu to join our advisory team in a fully remote setup.

• Provide high-quality insurance advice to customers who book appointments (no cold calling).
• Explain complex insurance trade-offs clearly to help clients make informed decisions.
• Guide customers through plan selection and the final purchase process without being pushy.
• Maintain high standards of detail to ensure error-free documentation for future claims.
• Utilize internal CRM tools and workflows to manage customer interactions effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written fluency in both English and Telugu.
• Empathetic communication style with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong detail orientation and comfort with ambiguous real-world situations.
• A graduate degree in any field; no prior insurance experience is required.
• Availability to work in defined shifts (10am-8pm or 12pm-9pm).
