Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct consultative discussions to understand client insurance needs.
Explain complex insurance trade-offs in simple, clear terms.
Assist clients with plan selection and the purchase journey.
Maintain high-quality advice standards without resorting to spammy sales tactics.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Telugu is mandatory.
Strong empathetic communication and customer instinct.
High attention to detail to prevent documentation errors.
Comfort with technology and CRM-based workflows.
No prior insurance experience required (structured training provided).
