Roles & Responsibilities:
Design conversation scripts, bot responses, and end-to-end user journeys
Create bot personas and test chat flows for intelligent customer interactions
Develop mockups, redlining, and creative prototyping for conversational channels
Liaise with the delivery team to ensure intuitive and ease-of-use designs
Maintain a customer-first mindset to solve inquiries across multiple touchpoints
Requirements:
MA Literature or Bachelor's/Master's in Mass Communication
Minimum 2 years of experience in linguistic analysis or conversation design
Strong background in copy editing or content development roles
Familiarity with voice-enabled devices and chatbot platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external teams
