Exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate with strong SFDC and CRM functional knowledge to join a leading IT solutions provider. This role involves complex backend testing and working on cutting-edge web solutions for global clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform user, workflow, integration, regression, and configuration testing for CRM systems
Manage data setup and run critical jobs within the CRM environment
Collaborate closely with the development team to report defects and ensure timely closure
Formulate robust test strategies and plans aligned with project lifecycles
Work across multiple time zones to support global delivery models
Requirements:
5-7 years of total experience in software testing with focus on SFDC technologies
Mandatory backend testing knowledge and data setup experience in CRM
Proficiency in Linux, Solaris, Mac OSX, or Windows environments
Strong database knowledge and experience with at least one programming language
Thorough understanding of testing methodologies and bug life cycles
