Roles & Responsibilities:
Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and SRS
Coordinate activities between developers, testers, and project managers
Support UAT, system testing, bug tracking, and issue resolution
Monitor technical tasks and prepare status reports and dashboards
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as a Technical or Business Analyst
Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, and system workflows
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and requirement gathering tools
Ability to prepare SRS, workflows, use cases, and user stories
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA, or MCA
