Job Summary: Join a leading housing finance institution to drive growth in the affordable housing segment through strategic team leadership and DSA management. This role offers a high-impact opportunity for finance professionals to excel in the Agra and Mathura markets. Roles & Responsibilities: - Managing and expanding the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) and Corporate DSA network for business sourcing. Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly disbursement targets. Overseeing the end-to-end processing of Affordable Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Implementing local market strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share. Ensuring compliance with credit norms and maintaining high portfolio quality.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of core experience in Home Loans (HL) or LAP products. Proven track record in team handling and managing external sourcing channels like DSAs. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate and financial landscape in Uttar Pradesh. Ability to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period. Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.
