Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyzing financial statements, annual reports, and business plans.
Developing complex financial models for M&A and capital raising.
Performing valuations using DCF, comparable companies, and precedents.
Preparing investment memorandums, pitch books, and teasers.
Conducting due diligence and research for live transactions.
Requirements:
Prior experience of 1-2 years in Investment Banking, VC, or Transaction Advisory.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong ability to interpret financial models and apply advanced analysis.
Excellent academic track record and communication skills.
Proven systematic problem-solving skills and high integrity.
