Join CDSL in a pivotal role managing data mining and regulatory surveillance. This position focuses on ensuring compliance within the Indian capital markets and monitoring foreign investments in listed companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Study of regulatory circulars and statutory orders.
Taking actions on regulatory orders and advisory from various regulators.
Monitoring Foreign Investment by Listed Companies.
Managing surveillance functions and working in shifts as required.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Minimum 4-5 years in surveillance at Stock Exchanges or Brokerage Houses.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Foreign Investment rules.
Conversant with Depository operations and proficient in MS Office.
Age limit: Up to 30 years.
