Join Felix Advisory as a Senior Associate in our Mumbai office, working with high-growth startups and conglomerates. Lead transaction advisory engagements including financial modeling, valuation, and M&A execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Interpreting and analyzing financial statements, annual reports, and business plans.
Developing financial models for debt and equity for mergers and acquisitions.
Performing valuation using DCF, comparable companies, and precedents.
Preparing investment memorandums, management presentations, and pitch books.
Conducting due diligence and investor research for live transactions.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking.
Experience in Consumer and Technology sectors is an added advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
