Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolving customer queries efficiently in the Gujarati language. Providing accurate, timely, and helpful solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Maintaining high-quality standards in every customer interaction. Handling voice or chat-based communication according to project needs. Ensuring daily performance targets and customer service levels are met.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or any Graduate degree. Fluency in speaking and understanding the Gujarati language is mandatory. Decent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Basic computer knowledge and a reliable home internet connection.
