Felix Advisory is looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory team in Mumbai. You will work on high-quality engagements involving financial reporting, mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising for diverse corporate clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Interpret and analyze financial statements, annual reports, and business plans.
Develop financial models for debt and equity valuation in M&A and capital raising.
Perform valuation using DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
Prepare investment memorandums, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books.
Execute due diligence, research, and documentation for live transactions.
Create high-quality deliverables and client portfolio presentations within deadlines.
Requirements:
Prior experience of 1-2 years in investment banking, venture capital, or transaction advisory.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to interpret complex financial models and apply advanced financial analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
Proven analytical, systematic problem-solving skills and high integrity.
